Ingredients:
250g butter
150g almond powder
375g flour
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1teaspon “baking powder”
250g sugar
2 eggs
1⁄2 small glass of kirsch or rhum (optional)
Method:
Mix together eggs and sugar.
Soften the butter and add to the mix.
Add almonds and kirsch.
Then add the cinnamon, flour, and baking powder.
Knead into a ball.
Keep in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Spread the dough and use the shapes.
Then add the cinnamon, flour, and baking powder.
Bake medium oven for 6 minutes.
